After you login with your account and import the PDF file, in the main interface, click "Edit Pages" to enter into the "Page Editor"

And in the next screen, click the Video icon and add it to the page. And click "Select Movie" button under Player Properties to select and add a video file (*.flv, *.f4v, *.mp4), and define the settings for the video.
Animation Editor to Embed MP4 Video

Click "Animation Editor" icon to open the Animation Editor window where you can add animated media element to the page with Time Line. You can use the Time Line feature to display the embedded element at different time.

Click "Add Video" button at the toolbar and select "Video" icon to add an MP4 video; and then you can set properties and animation for the video.
